This will be my seventh year as a Pointers Run parent. My daughter is attending fourth grade this year. I also have a eight grader son who graduated from Pointers Run and a son who is now a college student. Over the past several years, I have assisted with the activities that are organized by the cultural committee. Last year, I led the Ready Tech Go program in partnership with National PTA to increase the awareness of technology readiness among our community. I have also attended many of the wonderful activities the PTA offered. This will be my second year serving at the PRES PTA board. I am really excited for this coming school year and the events planned. In addition to being a mom, I work full time in information technology in defense industry. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, camping, and reading a good book.
